After missing the first two practices of the week, Minnesota Vikings defensive tackle Linval Joseph and nickel cornerback Captain Munnerlyn were on the field on Friday.
Joseph suffered a shoulder injury against the Detroit Lions but played the entirety of the game. Munnerlyn played only six plays against the Lions, then was replaced by Mackensie Alexander. After Alexander struggled, head coach Mike Zimmer made a switch to put Terrence Newman in the nickel spot and Trae Waynes in Newman’s spot.
