EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. — His eyes widened at the thought. Just weeks into his new job as the Vikings’ right guard, Mike Harris refocused his gaze and let out a chuckle when asked if he’s comfortable pulling.
Sprinting out in front of a running back to block for him, especially Adrian Peterson, isn’t for the heavy-footed. But one play on Sunday, in just his eighth career start at guard, showed how the Vikings have grown relaxed with Harris, their answer for moving Brandon Fusco to shore up the left side.
