EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. — After a lackluster 2015 debut for the Vikings defense, coach Mike Zimmer may make some changes, but it doesn’t appear middle linebacker will be one of them.
Asked if he’ll keep Hodges in the middle, Zimmer said “yeah, we plan on keeping him going the same way.”
Hodges, 24, made his eighth career start, first in the middle, during Monday night’s 20-3 loss in San Francisco. He finished with a combined eight tackles, none for a loss, as the 49ers racked up 230 rushing yards.
