MANKATO, Minn. — Brandon Fusco has waited more than 10 months, and tomorrow he’ll finally get the chance to put pads back on and play football.
Fusco said he is fully recovered from a torn pectoral muscle that ended his 2014 season, putting the team’s best guard on injured reserve just weeks after he signed a five-year, $25 million extension. He expects no limitations when the Vikings hold the first padded practice of training camp on Tuesday and is looking forward to taking the next step in his transition from right to left guard.
