MANKATO, Minn. — There are a couple schools of thought on how a year off might affect a 30-year-old running back.
Some people believe that Adrian Peterson – held out of game action since Week 2 of last year – could be fresher this season because he didn’t have the normal wear and tear associated with the NFL’s 16-game schedule.
