The team announced the signing of cornerback Josh Thomas on Friday, a day before players report to training camp and the same day second-year cornerback Jabari Price was suspended for the first two games of the NFL season for violating the substance abuse policy. Price was arrested in December and charged with DUI. He ultimately issued a guilty plea on reckless driving.
