MINNEAPOLIS — For the Vikings and new head coach Mike Zimmer, the 2014 season was something of a mixed bag. While they’re likely unsatisfied their season ended Sunday with a 7-9 record instead of a playoff appearance, several bright spots help to buoy the perception of the team’s present state.
