The progress made by rookie quarterback Teddy Bridgwater has been the primary on-the-field storyline for the Vikings this season, but not far behind might be the improvement of a defense that was dreadful last season.
That defense, however, has had some issues of late. The most glaring example came in the Vikings’ 37-35 loss Sunday in Miami. Minnesota surrendered 396 yards passing and four touchdowns to Ryan Tannehill. The Dolphins finished with 493 yards of offense.
