Teddy Bridgewater was on the cusp of his most impressive career win, but a pair of interceptions proved costly in a hostile Detroit environment.
The Vikings needed kicker Blair Walsh to convert just one of his three attempts to cover up for Bridgewater’s blunders, but the Vikings came up empty on tries from 53 and 68 yards; Walsh’s 26-yard attempt in the fourth quarter was blocked.
