EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. — The Vikings will bring in free agent offensive tackle Tovar Allen for a workout on Tuesday morning, according to a league source.
Allen, 22, was a three-year starter at right tackle for Alabama State. He entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent, signing with the Washington Redskins after rookie minicamp. The Redskins released Allen (6-6, 315) on June 2 when they signed tackle Willie Smith.
