EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. — The Vikings released safety Taylor Mays less than three months after signing him.
Mays, 27, worked with the reserves at safety during Organized Team Activities this spring and was cut on Tuesday, the start of the team’s three-day mandatory minicamp. The Vikings now have an open roster spot.
