INDIANAPOLIS — The Vikings used the first pick on a linebacker last year, but they’re not done rebuilding the middle of the defense.
General manager Rick Spielman, his personnel staff and coaches are currently running through 60 different 15-minute interviews throughout the week with prospects they want to know more about. Those interviewees include Florida’s coveted edge rusher Dante Fowler Jr. and two inside backers in Mississippi State’s Benardrick McKinney and Miami’s Denzel Perryman.
