The University of Minnesota unveiled the Wilf Family Center in the Masonic Children’s Hospital on Wednesday afternoon just a year after the Minnesota Vikings owners foundation donated a $5 million gift.
Owners Mark and Zygi Wilf were on hand for the center’s opening, named for the Wilf Family Foundation’s donation made in December 2013. The center is designed to “be the intellectual center of children’s health care in the Midwest,” the University said in a release.
