Counting snaps: Career high for Charles Johnson

If it seemed like Charles Johnson was on the field a lot on Sunday, he was. The second-year receiver saw a career-high 66 snaps in Sunday’s 24-21 loss to the Green Bay Packers, more than any other receiver. Johnson had played just 65 snaps in the previous three games combined.

Tight end Kyle Rudolph started and played a full game with 60 snaps, after a sluggish 14 plays in his return from double hernia surgery last week. Rudolph opened the game up with crossing route for 23 yards, which ended up being Teddy Bridgewater’s longest completion of the game.
