Former Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Cris Carter filled in for Mike Golic on “Mike & Mike in the Morning” Friday on ESPN Radio and 1500 ESPN, and the Hall of Famer expressed some serious concern about a photo of Johnny Manziel that surfaced this offseason.
