The Minnesota Vikings join five other NFL teams on Wednesday by opening their first of ten Organized Team Activities throughout the next three weeks, which is Phase 3 of the NFL offseason workout program.
No live contact is allowed, but teams may conduct 7-on-7, 9-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills in helmets and shorts. The Vikings, per NFL rule, may only hold three OTA sessions per week through the first two weeks, but may hold a fourth day of workouts that adheres to Phase 2 rules, which limited teams to four work hours in a day (six in Phase 3).
