EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. — The Minnesota Vikings were without four starters during Wednesday’s practice as running back Adrian Peterson, guard Brandon Fusco, cornerback Xavier Rhodes and tight end John Carlson were all out due to injury.
Peterson (foot) is out of his walking boot and began work in a pool, according to coach Leslie Frazier. He and running back Toby Gerhart (hamstring) will be held out until at least Friday after both suffered injuries in Sunday’s loss at the Baltimore Ravens.
